Microsoft's regional sales team supports a wide network of retail partners, and needed an efficient way of logging sales updates, as well as communicating earned rewards under its programme. Called myTIP, the programme needed a robust 2-way interactive SMS messaging architecture for effective delivery.
This was then expanded to other Southeast Asian market, namely Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Inspire-tech provided regional support and customised turnkey solution for management and reporting, using the EasiSMS suite of solutions, including EasiSMS Enterprise Messaging Server and EasiCommand Builder.
With the Sales Tracker, the registration of retailers is now fully automated via SMS, and is a single interface for managing Microsoft’s retailers, inventory of retail products, sales incentives management as well as product competency for retailers across the ASEAN markets.
