Nanyang Junior College (NYJC) is a junior college in Singapore, offering a two-year course for pre-university students leading up to the GCE 'A' Level examinations.
The school needed a stable system to communicate with students and parents, on a timely basis. This includes getting feedback and initiating urgent messages. The school management had also intended to conduct surveys and polls, and wanted to explore the possibility of using SMS to interact with the parents.
NYJC then contacted Inspire-Tech as they heard about the RapidSMS solution allows the capability of receiving replies and feedback from students and parents via SMS, with a dedicated number.
“They provide good service with minimum downtime. The rates provided by RapidSMS are (also) competitive. It is a plus point to be able to receive replies and feedback from students and parents via SMS, with a fix number provided by RapidSMS,” said a NYJC project team member.
