3. EE2006 Server matches the incoming alert email and maps to SMS Escalation Group and Email Escalation Group.
4. Members of the escalation receives both SMS and emails.
5. Notifications are escalated if no acknowledgements are received within permitted time frame.
6. Member in SMS escalation group sends SMS to acknowledge.
7. The incident is logged to acknowledge and the escalation process cease.

Scenario 2: Integration with Intruder Detection Server (IDS) and Anti-virus Management Server

1. IDS and anti-virus management server is setup to keep a lookout for possible hackers and viruses.
