Security

In light of the sensitive and vulnerable nature of Web applications, EasiSMS Enterprise Messaging Suite offers a range of security options. To start with, EEMS 2005 offers form-based security right out of the box. Administrator can add a set of permitted users and passwords for the web application. Passwords can be in clear or hash using MD5 or SHA1. EEMS 2005 can be also configured to use Role-based security based on Windows Authentication. In this situation, web services security are enhanced and requires client to provide sufficient credential before accessing. All these are possible through configurations in XML.

Accountability

All SMS messages (both incoming and outgoing) are logged and categorized with details. Standard reports are available provide better accountability and transparency on usages. Cross department usage accounting is supported.
