Intuitive user interface
  • PocketRecall is designed with the user in mind. It allows the user, typically, a BCM personnel to store different scenarios, call out rules and recipient groups into different scenario templates. During a live activation, the user only needs to select the scenario and click on the Send button to get things going.
Contacts & Group Management
  • Contacts are managed and grouped through user’s most familiar Microsoft Outlook interface and synchronised into the device. Contact groups are eventually selectable and stored in the respective scenarios for quicker use in crisis communication.
Real-Time reports
  • It provides real time statistics on the activation process and the status of notification by summary and details to individual contact information, giving faster and more accurate reports to the management.
Retry functions
