Why would a company developing software for enterprises bring a transformer robot to an exhibition?
Well, not just to catch people’s attention, although, to be honest, it was one of the ideas that worked pretty well.
The main reason goes beyond that.
To find the answer, just think for a moment what a transformer robot might have in common with our company and products?
Made your guess? Check if you have considered any of the following similarities:
1. They are Fun
Let’s start with everyone’s favorite: not only kids but most of us will agree that it is fun to play or simply watch a robot moving around. Likewise, it is fun to hang out with family and friends, walk, cook... We help our customers to avoid working extra hours by automating the great volume of their daily operations. Finish your work and have some fun, read, work out, play with your transformer robot – anything!
2. Growth and Development
Robots help kids to develop critical thinking and problem solving, boost creativity and imagination, improve motor skills and flexibility. Similarly, InspireTech helps companies to work smarter, improve efficiency and productivity, automate workflow and increase the performance outcomes.
3. Transformation is the Core
Both robot and our products are transformers: one set of building blocks allows you to build at least three different robots whichever you prefer. Likewise, we can transform our solution based on your use case and preference.
Our products are not only transformers by nature, but in action: all of them help to achieve digital transformation. On top of that, they can be brought together under one wholesome solution transforming almost the entire workplace of an organisation.
4. Modernization and Innovation
Robots have always been representing innovation, power, energy, flexibility and, of course, transformation. Since its inception, our company has been standing for the same concepts.
5. The company was built brick by brick
This point is quite straight forward: your robot needs to be built piece by piece that takes some time, commitment and patience. Our founders had a similar experience, except there were no instructions, pre-prepared building blocks and no guarantee that things will work out.
6. How about saving the world?
Well… We are a bit of a smaller scale, but we do play our role too. We protect data of government agencies and enterprises from hardware failure, malicious deletion, unauthorized access, phishing. We also help to immediately alert all company stakeholders in case of an emergency or disaster.
So, as for now, we protect enterprises and their people, not the whole planet…… yet:)
7. And, at the end, they are really cool!
Yes, we are cool! Maybe we are not the most humble people but we have confidence in what we offer to our customers.
Was any of your guesses correct?
Do you see the reason why we brought a robot?
Yes, there was an analogy. We brought something visible and tangible to help you visualise something less tangible and visible but still very valuable although it stays behind the scenes.
Season's Greetings from all of us at InspireTech! 🎉🎊
Wishing you and your family Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year!
Two heads are better than one, and three are even better. That is why we joined our efforts with Taiger and Insider Security to bring you Advanced Secure Collaboration Platform with Next Generation features (ASCCP).

The ASCCP is ideal for the companies which are looking for a comprehensive solution to address multitude of common problems:
According to the United Nations International Labor Organization (ILO), Stress is a ‘global epidemic’. A silent killer, stress that has gone past its tipping point can affect yours and your employees' mental health. This can create an impact on your organization's productivity, turnover rate and medical costs.
Something we can do easily but we haven't been doing enough is to SMILE.
Smile at yourself and all around you in your workplace. Mirror neurons will pick up your smile, and you will be returned with a smile. Your smile will activate the release of feel-good neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, endorphins) in you and those who smile back at you. This can help relax your body, reduce your heart rate and blood pressure.
A simple and easy way to manage stress and and to keep the spirits high in the workplace.
So, no matter how strange it may sound at first, smiling is one of the indispensable parts of an effective business running and workforce productivity.
Go ahead and try!
Between 5 – 7 December, our team was at Cyber Security Indonesia 2018 together with over 100 local and international exhibiting companies united by a mission to bring cyber security in the country to the next level.
Today Indonesia is the second among countries where the cyber-attacks are initiated, and one of the most vulnerable in the face of the hackers. As the number of cyber crimes in Indonesia is growing, the events like Cyber Security Indonesia become indispensable, bringing the issue under the spotlight and introducing the best ways of dealing with it.
InspireTech marketing manager, Gunes Altungunes, had a great opportunity to introduce EasiShare and GigaCentral to the attendees of the 3-day single stream conference program. She educated the audience how they can use secure content collaboration and secure cloud storage gateway solutions to comply with the principles of CIA triad (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability) within their organisations.
“I hope everyone who listened to our talk found it interesting, informative and valuable,” Gunes says. “In fact, the presentation became to be a two-way learning process: while sharing our knowledge, we had the opportunity to understand the current market situation, the latest IT trends, and organizational plans and priorities. Thank you, everyone, for making it a very memorable experience.”
Cyber Security Indonesia 2018 brought together Indonesian policymakers, leading experts and practitioners from cyber security sector from all around the world with the vendors of progressive security applications and solutions. The event comprises of a high-level conference, trade exhibition and technology seminars, and ranked as a leading Indonesian international event in the field of cyber security.
You might have heard that London Heathrow Airport has been recently fined with £120,000 ($156,000 USD) for data protection failings. The thumb drive which was found by a citizen on the street in West London, contained personal data of 10 ordinary people and 50 Heathrow aviation security personnel. Imagine how high the penalty could have been if the allegations that the thumb drive had also contained sensitive national security documents had been proven.
The cost of your lost or stolen thumb drive can vary depending on how much sensitive data there is and who gains access to it. This cost can be further multiplied by the value of your image and identity.
No doubt, thumb drives are very useful tools. Employees often use them to back up their documents and share files with colleagues, especially when these files are too large or sensitive to be shared via email. However, there are thousands of cases where use, or, better say, misuse of thumb drives put companies into crisis situations.
While we make sure that our devices are protected by antivirus software, passwords and encryption, data in our thumb drives remains vulnerable. Although the market offers a variety of thumb drives with native security features such as authentication and encryption, most of the time people end up buying simple and inexpensive ones. While companies are trying to build firewalls around their data, the users unintentionally punch holes in them.
Replace the thumb drive with CCP?
Since 2017, Singapore public servants have been prohibited to use unauthorised USB drives to ensure data security. To replace the functionalities of thumb drives, such as large file sharing and collaborating with colleagues, several agencies decided to adopt content collaboration platforms (CCP) (formerly known as Enterprise File Sync & Share (EFSS) solutions).
According to Gartner: “By 2022, 50% of large and midsize organisations in mature regions will use content collaboration platforms to implement document workflow automation, in addition to productivity and collaboration.” You can consider enabling your team with a CCP as well, protecting your company’s data while enhancing productivity.
Benefits of Content Collaboration Platforms
Content collaboration platforms are not only great tools for collaborating within organisations but also for sharing large files with third parties. They sync your data for backup, automate recovery and free up space on local devices.
Content collaboration platforms make documents available and accessible to all authorised users at any time across company’s offices and branches. Apart from eliminating the need for thumb drives, CCPs are replacing network shares and file transfer servers, modernising IT infrastructure and functionality. They simplify content management and possess a wide range of admin features.
How About Security?
Whether you allow employees to continue using thumb drives or enable them with a secure CCP is your decision. Each organisation is unique, and you definitely know yours better than others do.
If you decide to use a secure content collaboration platform, you can choose the deployment options depending on your company’s security requirements. You can leverage the public clouds, deploy the CCP solution on your internal environment, or for higher security situations, you can use Air Gap architecture where public and private networks are isolated by a Data Diode or SFTP.
Secure content collaboration platforms include features like encryption, link expiration date, link cancellation or two factor authentication (2FA), leveraging one-time-password (OTP) to make sure that file sharing is secure and that the file is shared with the correct person.
Go for it!
Like we’ve said before, every organisation is unique, and the needs of each organisation might be different. However, all organisations have one thing in common – they all value their data and know that data is too expensive to lose. If you prefer to continue using thumb drives to share large files to collaborate, make sure you use the encrypted and password-protected ones. If you decide to start using content collaboration platforms, and if you’re wondering whether it’s worth the investment, we’re always here to answer your questions.
