Providing Support During COVID-19 Outbreak

Dear Valued Inspire-Tech Customers,  

I hope you are well and healthy.  

With the recent ‘circuit breaker’ announcement by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in Singapore on 3rd April 2020, let me assure you that Inspire-Tech has been prepared for Work From Home (WFH) and we continue to serve our customers.  

Inspire-Tech has been practicing flexi-working for our staff for many years and our team is proficient in using collaboration tools (including our own EasiShare) for remote work. With the continued severity of COVID-19 outbreak in Singapore, we have been concerned about our staff’s safety. We activated our contingency plans of team splitting in February 2020 and changed into full telecommuting since 9th March 2020. To date, customer queries and support continued to be attended to as per normal.
